Attached is a test program for various CNG (Cryptography Next Generation) functions.
1. Create Key Pair
2. Sign Data
3. Verify Signature
4. Test Hashes (AES-GMAC not functional yet)
5. Generate Random
6. Enumerate Algorithms
7. Test Encryption
8. Test Forward Secret (Eliptical DH keys not functional yet)
9. Create TLS 1.0 Master Keys

Tested on Windows Vista and Windows 8.1.
